In order to promote the health and safety of our guests, teams, and to expedite the check-in process, we have implemented a digital check-in system. After you made your reservation, you should have received a digital check-in form in order to fill out your registration prior to arriving. You’ll also receive an email reminder to do your self-screen on the day before your arrival.
If you haven’t received your documents and they aren’t in your spam/junk folders, please call our reservation team at 1-800-242-1034 or click “Chat with us” on our website so they can resend it to you.
The front desk will be available to guests for questions and concerns. There will be a sanitizing station as well as masks, in case guests do not have one.
Our pool, hot tubs, and cabanas/tables are open.
In order to promote social distancing, we’ve added tables for each room around the pool area and coordinate reservations for those tables through our reservations department. This ensures that your family will have a clean and dedicated place to put your belongings and enjoy the day together. (If you’ve already made a reservation, our team will be in touch soon with details.)
Wristbands will be required for access to the pool area.
The slides will be open upon request and an attendant will measure slide riders to ensure that the rider meets the minimum height requirement of 48”, and to dispatch riders.
During your stay, our Housekeeping team will provide cleaning services upon request. Guests may also opt-out of cleaning services during their stay.
If a full housekeeping service or maintenance request is needed, it can be scheduled through the Front Desk.
Between guest stays, all condo suites are cleaned according to our checklists and inspected by a supervisor. Linens/towels are removed and cleaned, and hard surfaces are disinfected.
