While the summer months are a great time to visit Port Royal did you know there are other great times to visit this South Texas jewel. Visiting outside the peak season allows for true relaxation, great weather, amazing deals, and smaller crowds. So when is a good time to visit?

1. The Month of October
   The month of October is a great time to take a vacation to Port Royal for many reasons. In Port Aransas and Corpus Christi temperatures average 84ºF. These temperatures are great for swimming, visiting the beach, and even enjoying out hot tubs.  Because of the beautiful weather Port Royal also keeps the Cabana Bar and Grill open, offers a variety of outdoor family activities, and you can even snag a great deal during your stay!
2. Thanksgiving
