Have you ever wanted to get up close and personal with a dinosaur? If you answered yes then this event is right for you! This weekend the Discover the Dinosaurs exhibit is coming to Corpus Christi. The American Bank Center will be holding the event and it will be lots of fun for the whole family!

The goal of Discover the Dinosaurs is to make learning about pre-historic past fun and engaging. There are going to be over forty life size dinosaurs throughout the exhibit. They will be set up in different scenes that will depict what their habitat looked like during that time period. Some of them use animatronics and others are non-moving. The reason this exhibit is so different than others is because they encourage you to touch the dinosaurs. The non-moving dinosaurs are safely positioned so kids can get up close and personal with them.

After you make your way through the different scenes there is so much more to experience. They have everything from dino digs, gem and fossil panning, dinosaur riding and so much more. The dinosaur riding allows you to hop on the back of a triceratops or a T-rex and go for a ride. Can you imagine the stories you and your family will be able to tell about that!
