  • Peak season requires a 3-night minimum stay and full payment 14 days prior to arrival. 1 NIGHT STAY DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.  
  • 3-night minimum on Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends.  
  • 4-night minimum on Independence Day.  
  • All rates subject to 15% tax and 3% Damage Waiver Fee & $25 Reservation Fee. Rates subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/OUT: 
 May-September - Check-in 4p.m. / Check-out 11a.m. 
October-April - Check-in 4p.m. / Check-out 12 Noon

Guests must leave immediately after check-out. Guests that stay on property after they check out may be charged additional fees.

Credit Card or a $135.00 Cash Deposit must be presented at check in for incidental charges.


DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES: 
 A. Deposit: A non-refundable reservation processing fee of $25.00 and a 1 NIGHT ROOM AND TAX DEPOSIT is required for each condominium reserved AT TIME of placing reservations. Cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards are accepted for advance deposits.  NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. 
B. Balance: In Peak Season we require full payment 14 days prior to arrival. For other seasons, payment for remainder of stay is required upon arrival. A 1 NIGHT ROOM AND TAX DEPOSIT is required for each condominium reserved AT TIME of placing reservations 
C. Cancellation Notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less $25 processing fee. 
D. Any changes to reservation must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

 

HOUSE POLICIES: 
A. Absolutely no pets allowed. 
B. Must be 21+ years old to make reservations, payments, and must remain on property with minors throughout stay.  BE PREPARED TO SHOW I.D. 
C. Visiting guests are limited to 4 per day, per code. There will be a $10 per person, per day, off-property guest fee during Peak Season & Spring Break. 
D. Group bookings adhere to contracted agreement policies. 
E. For your safety, there is a 48” Height Requirement for the slide. 
F. All Units are Non-smoking.
